Good luck finding a more impressive venue than THIS one!  We recently hosted a business masterclass at the INCREDIBLY STUNNING Mentone LSC for around 30 people - and were utterly impressed by how amazing the venue and view were!

Having access to AV helped us deliver the business element of the event without hassle, and using the balcony space for our networking element added a real wow factor over lunch - the views really were a talking point!

From initial enquiry to post-event follow-up and everything in between, our event was smooth sailing thanks to Kylie, and the team at Oscar's Hangout who provided the catering. Will absolutely be back for future events for local businesses - cannot recommend highly enough!

Mentone LSC was the perfect venue for my 50th birthday party!

The view of the Bay is breathtaking, and the staff were friendly, thoughtful and helpful. The venue manager was easy to deal with, flexible, open to ideas and shared helpful suggestions to ensure a great night.

The food provided by Oscar's Hangout was delicious and Brad was easy to deal with. It stood out from the rest as a fabulous venue, and importantly for us was feasible as it represented great value for money, including staff, set-up and clean-up. I wouldn't hesitate to return or recommend it.

Wedding

It was important to us to have our wedding by the beach, and we spent considerable time looking at different venues. Mentone Lifesaving Club was a clear standout due to their flexibility, beautiful uninterrupted views, and its size (ability to divide the venue space in two to accommodate both the ceremony and reception). 

Kylie assisted us with all the planning with ease and truly made our ceremony and reception both run so effortlessly.

The efforts Kylie and her team put in did not go unnoticed nor unappreciated. They were personable and professional. We could not recommend Mentone Life Saving Club enough, particularly for weddings.

Engagement

We had our engagement party at the MLSC and couldn't recommend the venue enough. The newly renovated space is huge and the view over the ocean is incredible and sets a stunning backdrop for lots of great pictures. Having the balcony space was great to be able to get some fresh air.

The management team were extremely attentive in the lead up to the event and the staff on the night were amazing - lots of compliments from our guests on how great the staff were. 

Overall fantastic venue and would highly recommend hosting a function here.

I booked Mentone LSC in March 2024 for our Leadership Conference with approx. 50 leaders across our Group in attendance. Often work conferences can get a little tiring by the end of the day so we deliberately chose this venue because of the amazing views and the ability to get fresh air easily should the need arise.

The venue and catering was amazing and we had requests to book again for 2025. We used the in-house catering and Brad did an amazing job with providing fresh meals throughout the two days. Kylie the Venue Manager was incredibly helpful and on hand to help with any technical or logistics requests.

I would highly recommend Mentone LSC as an exceptional venue for your next work conference.

We had our combined 60th birthday party here and it was a great new venue to have this event. Kylie and her crew from Mentone LSC helped coordinate and set-up the room for our tables, dance floor and our D.J. all looking awesome. An AV display screen was available too and a security guy included in the venue hire.

The open bar pricing was very reasonable and an easy way to cater for our guests drinks. Kylie also recommended the local Oscar's Hangout (Brad), for our food catering (Big Little Catering), which worked out a very easy and a seamless way of organising this.

We had 100 guests, but this venue could hold a lot more if needed. Or the room could be partitioned off for less. A great new asset to the local Mentone area with stunning sunset views.

Hosting our event at the Mentone Lifesaving Club was an absolute delight from start to finish. The space alone is beautifully appointed and the modern furniture we had access to all tied in perfectly.  Our event consisted of 70 guests, a giant jumping castle, 3 large round tables, a long table and extra high tops. There was ample room for everyone, with enough furniture to comfortably accommodate even double the number of guests.

From the initial planning stages to the event day, the venue manager was an absolute pleasure to work with and she ensured that every aspect of our event ran smoothly. The venue was very accommodating and flexible with bump in and bump out, making it so stress-free!

A highlight of the space was undoubtedly the views! Our guests were treated to panoramic views of the bay, it really added an extra touch of magic to the evening, especially when the sun set.

The location is super convenient, and the ample parking made it hassle-free for our guests.

In summary, our experience at the lifesaving club was nothing short of exceptional. I wouldn't hesitate to host another function there and highly recommend it to anyone seeking a truly beautiful event space!
