What does membership provide?
As a lifesaving club, our adult membership offers opportunities to develop skills for becoming a patrolling member. Many of these skills are also beneficial in the wider community, such as First Aid and CPR. We also offer lifesaving related activities such as surf boat rowing, swimming and paddling which can be undertaken at a social level or in competition. Finally, as a volunteer organisation we have many opportunities in other roles such as coaching, team managing, club administration, fundraising and committee positions.
We do not offer social memberships but we will (in the fullness of time) be offering meals a couple of nights a week for members and the public as well as opening the bar, also for members and public.
