Mentone Open Water Swim 2026

The Southland Isuzu Ute Mentone Open Water Swim 2026

Saturday March 14 2026

Mentone Lifesaving Club is delighted to host this annual event on the swim calendar in the safety of our sheltered corner of the bay. This is a great opportunity for swimmers who want the challenge of a "marathon swim" over 10km. We also offer shorter options of 1.2km, 2.5km or 5km as well as a Splash 'n' Dash for the kids.

There are public shower and change facilities available and the club volunteers provide qualified water safety and first aid personnel to look after our competitors. There's a kiosk for the much needed coffee as well as a bbq for your free sausage after your swim.
