RENEWING MEMBER

RENEWING FAMILY MEMBERSHIP 

A Family Membership includes up to 2 adult parent/guardians and their children aged 5 to 24 year of age (as at 30 September). Children 15 and under as at 30 September must be part of a family membership with at least one parent/guardian over 18 years old.

Quick steps for Renewing a Family:

  1. Log in to your SLS Hub
  2. Follow the prompts to update your password if required
  3. Click on the arrow next to Family Groups and select Renew
  4. Select the current season from the drop down list
  5. Tick the boxes for family members to be included
  6. Read and tick the declaration then select Next
  7. Select the Family fee for yourself
  8. Choose included in family group for other members
  9. Select Next and follow the prompts to make your payment

If you have not already done so please log in to your WWCC account and nominate Mentone LSC and LSV as your volunteer organisations.

RENEWING INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIP 

An individual membership is for people aged 16 and over as at 30 September.

Quick steps for Renewing an Individual:

  1. Log in to your SLS Hub
  2. Click Renew
  3. Select the current season from the drop down list
  4. Read and tick the declaration and select Next
  5. Choose the fee for an individual that is relevant to your age
  6. Select Next
  7. Follow the prompts to make your payment

How can you change your details?

Have you changed your email address or any other personal details?

Many families find that only one partner is receiving club communications. This happens when there is only one email address which has been used for all family members. You can change this or other details in the following ways:

1.     Log into your SLS Hub

If you are changing details in your own record, go to Step 2.

2.     Under the Membership tab, select Update Personal Details.

If you are changing details for another family member, go to Step 3.

3.     Under the Membership tab, select Family

4.     Then select View/Edit

5.     Select Edit for the family member you wish to change.

It’s possible that you may not be able to make changes to your partner’s record. There are two options in this case:

1.     Your partner can set up their own SLS Hub Access by following the prompts here  OR

2.     Send the changes you wish to make to memberships@mentonelsc.com
