RENEWING MEMBER

RENEWING FAMILY MEMBERSHIP 

A Family Membership includes up to 2 adult parent/guardians and their children aged 5 to 24 year of age (as at 30 September). Children 15 and under as at 30 September must be part of a family membership with at least one parent/guardian over 18 years old.

Quick steps for Renewing a Family:

  1. Log in to your Members’ Portal
  2. Choose the option to Renew membership for family group
  3. In the box on the right hand side, select Renew Memberships
  4. Tick the names of each member you are renewing (if your child has turned 25 since last October 1 they can no longer be included in a family membership fee.) Click submit.
  5. Select the payment type which should be Family Membership
  6. You must also select the option Included in family group for the other family members.
  7. Select Next and Next again
  8. Enter your credit card details and then complete the application and declaration. Select Next
  9. You will receive a message that your application for renewal has been submitted. If there are any issues with your application the membership team will send you an email. Please read and act accordingly as your membership is not valid until you receive an email to confirm that your application has been approved.

All members over the age of 18 must have a valid WWCC

RENEWING INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIP 

An individual membership is for people aged 16 and over as at 30 September.

Quick steps for Renewing an Individual:

  1. Log in to your Members’ Portal
  2. Choose the option Renew membership for Mentone
  3. Click Submit
  4. If you will be between 16 and 24 on 30 September, please choose the Young Adult fee
  5. If you will be aged 25 or over on 30 September, please choose the Senior Individual fee
  6. Select Next and Next again
  7. Enter your credit card details and then complete the application and declaration. Select Next
  8. You will receive a message that your application for renewal has been submitted. If there are any issues with your application the membership team will send you an email. Please read and act accordingly as your membership is not valid until you receive an email to confirm that your application has been approved.

How can you change your details?

Have you changed your email address or any other personal details?

Many families find that only one partner is receiving club communications. This happens when there is only one email address which has been used for all family members. You can change this or other details in the following ways:

1.     Log into your Members’ Portal

If you are changing details in your own record, go to Step 2.

2.     Under the Membership tab, select Update Personal Details.

If you are changing details for another family member, go to Step 3.

3.     Under the Membership tab, select Family

4.     Then select View/Edit

5.     Select Edit for the family member you wish to change.

It’s possible that you may not be able to make changes to your partner’s record. There are two options in this case:

1.     Your partner can set up their own Members’ Portal Access by following the prompts here  OR

2.     Send the changes you wish to make to memberships@mentonelsc.com
